DEVELOPING STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has developed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is presently located about 300 miles south of the coast of southern/western Mexico. Experts are predicting that Barbara will intensify over the next few days. The storm is moving northwestward at a rate of 10 mph.
